Data Management
The Datatrac Data Management System is the single data collection point for all documents and data collected by your organisation. It can collect data captured by all of Datatrac's many data capturing applications (e.g. Infotrac and Assetrac) into a single consolidated database. It also provides interfaces to take documents and data from non-Datatrac applications such Microsoft Office applications.
No matter where the data comes from the Datatrac Data Management System
allows you to simply combine data elements from all sources into reports and
analysis without the need to re-key data.
On-board ship the Datatrac Data Management System provides consolidate reports of all data collected over a defined time period and allows you to send these ashore as email attachments.
At head office the Datatrac Data Management System collects all the data from your fleet into a single database allowing you to analyse and report on a fleet wide basis. You can also use it to store and distribute to your fleet all the documents needed to define operating procedures and policies so your fleet is always kept up to date with current practice.
