Assetrac

An application using e-tags and reader to ensure routine monitoring of equipment.

Assetrac provides a means of collecting data from locations and equipment, enabling the recording of equipment specifications, and the easy updating of maintenance records and equipment registers. All without having to key data into a computer.

Envirotrac

An application providing cost effective insurance against fines and accusation of infringement of MARPOL.

Envirotrac provides a means of electronically reading sacrificial tags (Envirotags) to provide transparent evidence of integrity of lines and to ease the burden of inspection and reporting.

Hosetrac

A development of Assetrac for the Royal Fleet Auxiliiary aimed specifically at ensuring routine inspection and scheduled replacement of hydraulic hoses.

Securitac

An application using e-tags and reader to manage compliance with the ISPS Code.

Securitrac Module 1 is a document management system that allows all the data required under the ISPS Code (as interpreted by the International Chamber of Shipping) to be filed and managed in one place, assists in the management task and provides an electronic audit trail of compliance with safety and security procedures.

Securitrac Module 2 uses the Datatrac e-tag reader and electronic tags to show proof of presence for security rounds. Data captured from rounds is automatically loaded into the Securitrac Module 1 data management system.

Behaviour Based Safety

A complete system to support a process to reduce the time lost through accidents at sea using e-pen technology to simplify the capture of data and a full database and reporting system to monitor and control the entire safety program.

Behaviours which are key to safe operation are identified and made the subject of observation cards. Observation cards are completed by all crew members using Digital Pen Technology. The observations are collected into a database without re-keying and used to identify risks and to monitor safety programs set up to reduce those risks.

Compliancetrac

An application using e-pen technology to complete check lists for compliance especially where conformance to the ISM Code is required.

Compliancetrac provides an electronic copy of a handwritten document. It was developed for users needing proof of compliance with regulatory bodies where the evidence is originated by marking a checklist.

Infotrac

An application using e-pen technology to capture information once only.

Infotrac uses Datatrac's digital pen solution to electronically collect data once only and distribute the data into management reports and systems without duplication or arduous data re-entry.

Operators record data using the digital pen onto pre-printed forms. When the pen is docked into your computer the information from the pen is coverted into digital data format and stored in the Datatrac Data Management System

Surveytrac

An application using e-pen technology for surveyors completing survey reports

Surveytrac allows surveyors to record a survey electronically, from the written word and photgraphs. This allows the survey data to be stored electronically, sorted and used to automatically create reports in mulitple formats.
