Securitrac

Securitrac Module 1 is a document management system that allows all the data required under the ISPS code, (as interpreted by the International Chamber of Shipping) to be filed and managed in one place assisting in managing tasks and providing an electronic audit trail of compliance with safety procedures.

Securitrac Module 2 uses the Datatrac reader and electronic tags as proof of presence for security rounds. Data captured is automatically downloaded into the document management system as described above.

Securitrac Module 2 makes use of the eTags to provide a record of Security Rounds. Each tag is configurable to each set of rounds and thus creates irrefutable proof of what was done in every set of rounds. The system generates reports as required thus reducing the work of the SSO and providing secure data for proof of compliance.
